Why Work with Energy?
All matter has an energy field (or electromagnetic field), including the human body. This field has been verified by scientific instruments and specialized photography. Even when we live a relatively healthy life, our energy fields can develop various blockages on many levels which are then reflected in our current state of being. It is vital to be aware of and clear the blockages to this flow of energy. It is this subtle energy field that directly affects our physical, mental and emotional well being. It influences our sense of self, the qualitiy of our relationships, alignment with our purpose, achievement of goals, our ability to affect necessary change in our lives, our sense of abundance, our degree of inner peace... literally every aspect of our lives.
What to expect?
Unlike Reiki or other energy balancing techniques, energy work with Kristi introduces the wisdom of the individual with the pattern of energy held in their system or "field of information", and makes changes directly at that point, rather than “running” or channeling energy. The patterns accessed are biological information fields which form an active matrix. This matrix and its interconnections provide coherent intercommunication throughout the body. The vibrations and waveforms in this matrix can be changed, thereby collapsing the current reality, such as an injury pattern or some stuck situation within the body or emotions, and introduce new information to produce new possibilities that are more useful.
Disease, for example, may be defined as a disruption, cessation or distortion arising in the matrix of these information fields. Physical and emotional injuries impair communication at the cellular level. Energy work re-establishes the flow of biological information and provides the body with new information so that it can better respond to stimuli in its internal and external environments.
